Temazcal variant – Oaxaca – Volver a la tierra II

Temazcal built for a indigenous community in Acatitlan, Oaxaca as a part of a 3 day workshop with volunteer labor. Using fired brick and mud.

A skylight was set in the top with a simple bucket formwork. The whole structure was completed with with 12 volunteers in 3 days (intensive 6 hour shifts) + 3 hours of theory.
